Ash, Stylist

Born and raised in Honolulu, Ash went to school for fine art in Monterey, Calif., before entering the professional salon industry. He trained for several years with award-winning stylist Yosh Toya before moving to Beverly Hills to deepen his industry knowledge. After several years honing his skills at Gavert Atelier and Umberto salons in Beverly Hills, Ash moved to San Francisco to help establish the Vim and Vigor Cutting Program.  In addition to cutting and styling, Ash is an expert in the Brazilian Blowout, the latest technology in hair straightening and the first method that actually improves the condition of the hair. A master of achieving a look that plays off his client's personal style, Ash specializes in everything from conservative, clean-cut looks to piecey rock and roll cuts.
